Middletown Man Faces Multiple Charges After Alleged Attempted Shooting

(Middletown, OH)--Zachary Robinson is in a lot of trouble.

Police said Robinson pulled a gun out during an argument and tried to shoot Quentin Bingham.  The gun did not go off. Investigators said that Robinson placed a new round in the gun, and followed Bingham to the parking lot where he fired again. Robinson then left the area.

Officers found Robinson's Jeep in the 700 block of Charles St.  When they approached the house, they said Robinson and a 17-year-old were snorting meth.

Police served a search warrant. They arrested Robinson, and seized pills and guns from the house.

Officers said Robinson became violent at the police department, and assaulted a police officer and corrections officer.

Robinson was charged with attempted felonious assault, corrupting another with drugs, assaulting a police officer, assaulting a corrections officer, drug abuse, possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment, using weapons while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest.
