Cincinnati Loses Director of Economic Development

(Cincinnati) - Cincinnati will be losing a key employee in Odis Jones, Director of Economic Development, as he has taken a position in the Detroit Public Lighting Authority.

Mayor Mark Mallory stated, "I hate to lose him. He's a great development professional. I'm sure he'll do a great job in Detroit..." The city has also said that Jones will stay on as a consultant until a number of projects he was involved in are completed.

The City Manager has named Jeff McElravy, the Downtown Development Manager, the Interim Director of the Department of Trade & Development.
