( Hamilton, OH ) - Officers were called to Chestnut Street when a neighbor found a small toddler outside her house without shoes and a coat when tempetures were only 19-degrees. Police believed the boy lived in a home nearby after talking with the neighbor.
Amanda Jacobs, the boy's mother, was not at home when officers arrived. Ms. Jacobs came back 20 minutes after police arrived and said she was at a friend's house. She has been charged with child endangering.
